Above all, we always schedule your maintenance visits around you (the majority of our maintenance visits are carried out Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00). After all visits you will be provided with a detailed job report outlining all of the maintenance checks which have been carried out as well as any further repair, spares or work required.
And it goes without saying that all of our engineers ensure your equipment is meeting all current F-gas obligations relating to the prevention of refrigerant gas leakages and work to our Health and Safety Policy, Method Statements and Risk Assessments. They have all undertaken and satisfactorily completed the City and Guilds 2079 course in safe handling of Fluorocarbon and Ammonia Refrigerants as well as manufacturers training courses on various equipment.
