Had air conditioning installed in my beauty room and the service was brilliant. The engineers were friendly and professional and gave me advice on where would be the best place to situate the air con to get the best air flow for the room. They wore boot covers so they didn’t make my flooring dirty and tidied up any mess they had made before they left. Would highly recommend!!

I called and spoke with Tom Welch. Told him the problem I was having with my fridge. He was very honest; told me to save my money for a service call ; advised that my freezer would do shortly and he was correct. Cut my losses and just purchase a new fridge/freezer. He was spot on and did not charge me a Penney for the advice over the phone. Very prompt, knowledgeable and honest! If new fridge gives me problems, will definitely give Tom Welch a call. Highly recommend him and his honesty.
