Welch Refrigeration are able to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. As well as attending vessels within UK ports we are able to carry out this work whilst sailing with vessels worldwide.

We have carried out service and repairs on Reefer Vessels, Container vessels, Cruise and passenger ferries, offshore vessels and oil and gas tankers.
Welch Refrigeration are able to repair existing systems or replace as required and are able to supply spares, refrigerants and oils to various ports around the world.

Our service department has a dual role in that it provides both a comprehensive maintenance package and efficient and responsive 24 hour call-out service, ensuring complete cover over a wide variety of situations. Our engineers are familiar with all leading manufacturers equipment including Stal, Sabroe,York, Carrier, J&E Halls, both piston and screw package systems. We are able to carry out major compressor and system repairs on site and have access to a wide range of spares.

All our engineers have undertaken and satisfactorily completed City & Guilds 2007 in Safe Handling of Fluorocarbon and Ammonia Refrigerants and manufacturers training courses.
